Jewelry Warranty Policy (12 Months)

Thank you for choosing mycavell.com. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and are committed to delivering high-quality jewelry. We are pleased to offer a 12-month warranty on our jewelry products, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  1. Warranty Coverage: 
    • Duration of Warranty: This warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
    • Coverage: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that become apparent within the warranty period. This includes but is not limited to issues such as loose gemstones, prong or seIng defects, and metal defects.
  2. The following are not covered under our warranty: 
    • Normal wear and tear, scratches, and dents.
    • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper care.
    • Loss or theft of the jewelry.
    • Alterations, resizing, or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.
    • Damage or defects caused by non-standard cleaning methods or cleaning agents.
    • Natural variations in gemstones, including color and clarity.
  3. Warranty Claim Process: 
    • Contact Us: If you believe your jewelry is covered by our warranty due to a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team at cs@mycavell.com within the warranty period. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
    • Evaluation: We will review your claim and may request images or additional information to assess the issue. If necessary, we may ask you to send the item for inspection.
    • Resolution: If the issue is found to be a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace the jewelry at no cost to you. If the item is no longer available, we will provide a store credit or refund.
    • Return Shipping: Within the continental US - we will provide you with a pre-paid, pre addressed return shipping label. Outside the continental US – Customer is responsible for shipping and duties.

Our warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void this warranty.
