1. Free Shipping for All Orders
At Mycavell.com, we are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required, and you can enjoy free shipping regardless of order size or location within the U.S.

2. Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we experience a high volume of orders, there might be a slight delay. In that case, we will notify you via email.

3. Shipping Times
• Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after the order has been processed.
• Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

4. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

5. Shipping Restrictions
• We currently only ship within the United States.
• At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
• Mycavell.com is not responsible for packages once they are in transit with the carrier. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at CS@mycavell.com for assistance.
