Exchange and Refund


Exchange and refund for orders made at mycavell.com:

  1. Exchange Eligibility: 
    • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
    • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. Any signs of wear, damage, or alterations may disqualify the item from an exchange.
  2. How to Request an Exchange: 
    • To initiate an exchange request, please contact our customer service team at cs@mycavell.com within the specified 30-day period. Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the exchange request.
  3. Exchange Process: 
    • Once your exchange request is approved, customers within the continental US - we will provide you with a pre-paid, pre addressed return shipping label. Outside the continental US – Customer is responsible for shipping and duties.
    • Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the exchange. You will have the option to select a replacement item of equal or lesser value. If the new item costs more, you will be required to cover the price difference.

  3. Refund Process: 
    • Once your refund request is approved, customers within the continental US - we will provide you with a pre-paid, pre addressed return shipping label. Outside the continental US – Customer is responsible for shipping and duties.
    • Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
